Well, I hope its a simple fix. Out of curiosity would it have anything to do with the fact that almost all of the custom-model weapons and the spawn seem to be no-collided with everything? I can't even touch a microwave laser. T.T
Off-topic: One of my friends wanted to know what a machine gunner's DPS vs a fighter's DPS was like? (assuming every bullet hit I guess)
(also, as my brother pointed out that I was unclear: Can't hit it with props, physgun, or melons.)

It's probably just a bug with me moving around all these models. The server might have the model information misplaced or something which would mean the models wouldn't have proper collision.
Still can't figure out why the hell models aren't downloading and I've had no response from anyone at Facepunch.

Interesting fun fact, I tried joining a couple other servers (gmod tower and zombified world) and it seems they can send textures and stuff fine. I really have NO idea what is going on.
(Also, wouldn't it have been better to put that in the help section on facepunch?)

It's in both server hosting and lua, both relevant to the problem. It's probably some stupid change where the directory structure has to be in some new way to be sent properly. I downloaded some of the latest gamemodes to check their directory structure and it is the same as mine.
Are you sure those textures aren't from addons?

Well I decided to just make the models/materials in addon format. Annoying, but now models and materials will download.
There is the added benefit though that when I release the gamemode, players can use their own custom textures/models without having those get overwritten when they SVN update.
Haven't checked on spawns being targeted yet, but it might be fixed.

Very nice!!! Almost 100% fixed now. The only things I can see left are the launchers are all still errors on the model selection and can't be spawned, and theres couple of tools I don't think were supposed to show up. (open transports and test cannons)
HURRAY FOR ACTUALLY BEING ABLE TO KILL PLAYERS SPAWNS AGAIN!!!!
EDIT: Now that I think about it, this puts a serious kink in my "Rain death from the skies" plan >.<
EDIT 2: Problem, as in I can't mount a launcher on my ship without a launcher.

whats a kink?
And you cant kill players, can you?
I really want melon-count to get fixed. Me and alph played and got almost whole castle, but even though I had no melons, and he had a ship around 40, it said we had 7?/7?. Then a guy came stealign some of our cps causing that after battleship was sold (the only thing we had), I could only spawn a contraption of 2-3 snipers and a ordercore. And melon limit said it was around 60...
The duping problem is probably main problem for this, and I wonder if you have any plans on how to fix it, or if you need more debug work, such at what melons and such. I am more then happy to work on that if it means that the team with hightest melon limit can make more then 4 melons.
Also, how about a vote in teams, where the gamemode finds and deletes all your melons, and make meloncount to 0 (preferably keeping cp forts and such). This could be very useful when this bug goes so damn extreme.

Correction, SERIOUS PROBLEM. Spawn Point tool is broken, half the maps you end up playing without a spawn cause of this >.<

Was quite of fun though XD. You had to use alot more guerilla tactics, and only thing I disliked about it, spam rocked (outposts dont let you make cannons and such). Was fun when I made a contraption using props, hbs, thrusters and a munition factory bombing ppl XD. Last thing ppl expect during a round without sps is a bomber ^_^.
